Welcome to The Stage Beauty Bar! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or browsing our site, you agree to these terms.
1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or in person.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your final balance.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or a shortened service.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No shows will be charged 100% of service price. Late Cancellation appointments will be charged 50% of service price.
3. Payment & Pricing
We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Digital Payments.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Any promotions, discounts, or special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Refunds & Returns
All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
5. Client Conduct & Policies
We maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Children and extra guests are not permitted unless they are receiving services.
6. Health & Safety
If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities, please notify your stylist/technician before your appointment.
We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe experience for all clients.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information.
Any data collected (such as contact details for bookings) is used solely for service-related purposes.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The Stage Beauty Bar is not liable for any allergic reactions, adverse effects, or dissatisfaction with services received.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any revisions.
